Arm Floats

Arm Floats (to increase mobility in the shoulders)

Adopt the standing alignment start position. Inhale to prepare, and exhale as you raise both arms out to the sides and slightly forward above your body. Inhale as you complete the circle with your arms above your head. Relax, and lower your arms back down in the same pathway they were raised.
